Please give any recommendation forms to your student’s teacher ASAP, preferably by Dec. 1, 2018. Teachers will likely have many recommendation forms to fill out. Giving teachers an ample amount of time to complete these forms is not only respectful, but also guarantees that everything will be turned in by the deadline. This is especially true of your child’s Math and English teacher, as private schools in the Houston area will require a recommendation from both (forms are due January 15). Please read the forms carefully and provide all the required information:

• your student’s identifying information

• parent signature

• self-addressed & stamped envelope(s)
